Lynchburg Residents Directory is a privately operated reference that describes and links to public rolls, indexes, record collections, and historical sources associated with Lynchburg, Virginia. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government office, court, or custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use this service and any information found through it only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person
- Locate someone whose location is protected by a court order or confidentiality program
- Commit identity theft, fraud, or deception
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions involving credit, employment, housing, insurance, or similar regulated uses
- Scrape, reproduce, or republish the content at scale
